CloudRise, a premier Data Security consulting services company, announced acquisition by Exclusive Networks

Exclusive Networks, a global cybersecurity leader, has acquired Cloudrise, a provider of Managed Services (MS) and Professional Services (PS) specializing in Security Access Service Edge (SASE), Data Security Posture Management (DSPM), and Cloud Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) solutions. This acquisition strengthens Exclusive Networks’ service capabilities, particularly in the U.S., and broadens its global reach. Cloudrise, founded in 2019 and based in Grand Junction, Colorado, brings expertise in working with cybersecurity vendors like Netskope, BigID, and Cyera.

Cloudrise will continue to operate under its own brand within the Exclusive Networks ecosystem, delivering its services to a wider audience. This move supports Exclusive Networks’ strategy to enhance its position in the rapidly growing cybersecurity sectors of SASE and DSPM. The acquisition allows Cloudrise to leverage Exclusive Networks’ global infrastructure while offering its services to a broader market.

Jesper Trolle, CEO of Exclusive Networks, highlighted that the acquisition would significantly strengthen their global service capabilities, especially in high-growth security segments.
